His most notable film roles include Lookout Frederick Fleet in Titanic (1997), the Killer in Vacancy (2007), Smith in Vacancy 2: The First Cut (2008), Tommy King in Black Mass (2015), a British Officer in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017), Muny in Hostiles (2017), and Ray Barnes in The Informer (2019). On television he appeared in Sons of Anarchy (2014) as Connor Malone, Mr. Mercedes (2017) as Reggie, and The Last Ship (2014) as Max. He also provided voice work for Memory (2006).
