Biography
David 'the Rock' Nelson has been a popular figure in underground cinema since his debut in the early 1990s. Dubbed the "Ed Wood of the 20th Century" (later "21st Century"), Nelson's horror shorts have been screened from coast to coast across the United States. Hailing from the Chicago area, Nelson's shorts have been known for their VHS aesthetic and bizarre contents. Nelson's films were originally self-distributed on VHS and DVD, but many of them have since been distributed by Vinegar Syndrome on Blu-Ray.
